Hi, Mr. WordPress. Thank you for your comment. = )

I look forward to seeing what this project can accomplish. This goes right to the heart of the problem in education around West Alabama right now, that children become disillusioned with school and have no desire to proceed onto higher education, especially those who would otherwise be first-generation students.

Anything that can help children to reach toward their greatest potential is a worthy endeavor in my book, and I really hope to be able to help get Grow to College off the ground.

    Adam,

Please look through the Get Involved list, and let me know how you would like to help. Any and all help, whether advice or direct involvement, would be great. Would you like to help get students together for a group meeting?

    Hi,
My friend, Rebecca Rothman, suggested I view your blog and comment.
This is to let you know that at first blush, without seing any details, I think the concept is excellent. Entertaining the notion of “first member of family to attend college” is appealing to me. Not sure how I can help. Will respond further on closer examination.

    All the best,

    Oscar Tucker

    Mr. Tucker,

Just pointing out a typo would be helpful. Or thinking of an age-appropriate activity, or being a mentor, or steering a parent and child in our direction. The success of Grow to College depends on anybody and everybody.
